How to Delete Your Account
We provide two convenient methods for you to request account and data deletion:
📱 Method 1: In-App Deletion
You can delete your account directly from the Lixio mobile app:
Open the Lixio app on your device
Navigate to Settings (tap your profile icon)
Scroll down and tap Account Settings
Tap Delete Account
Confirm your decision by following the on-screen prompts
Re-authenticate if required (for security purposes)
✓ Instant Processing: Your account will be deleted immediately after confirmation.
✉️ Method 2: Email Request
If you prefer to request deletion via email or are unable to access the app:
Send from your registered email address - You must send the request from the same email address associated with your Lixio account
Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
Include a clear statement requesting account deletion
We will verify your identity (may require additional verification for security)
Your request will be processed within 30 days
You'll receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete
🔒 Security Note: For your protection, deletion requests must be sent from the email address registered with your Lixio account. If you no longer have access to that email, we may require additional verification steps (such as answering security questions or providing proof of identity).
